Putting all of my Nanna's vintage cutlery on display got me thinking of different ways I could use them instead of their intended purpose. Don't get me wrong. They're still perfectly good to be used as a knife and fork but when browsing Pinterest, I found the most amazing fork art and jewellry as well as useful ways you can use them around the home. I'm not sure I'm about to do the old "Uri Geller" on my Nanna's forks just yet but there's certainly some 'fork' for thought.
You could rock those shoes at the club! Your nana would be proud! :) hee hee

ReplyDeleteLove love love this. I've seen some pictures using forks but this is the most at once. I would love to use them as placecard holders. That would be so neat for my luncheons. I need to get to a thrift store to find some old silverware forks now. Wish me luck.

The door handles and recipe card/place card holders are my favourites Anne but those shoes are amazing.

I've also seen wind chimes made from cutlery - very popular at markets!
